Adding to the beauty of the Newmarket suburb, this traditional Queenslander was revived to help a family create the next generation of memories in their dream home!
Working closely with our clients, this home was built to accommodate family living whilst upholding the Queenslander charm with a side of contemporary splash. We raised the home and built-in underneath, providing the family with a spacious study, living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, laundry and bathroom. This area was open plan, stepping out onto the rear deck and pool area to give the family a striking entertaining area that complimented the Queensland weather. The second floor of this traditional Queenslander consists of the bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite, walk in robe and a beautiful timber staircase.
